Early Childhood

What is early childhood?

Early childhood, in developmental psychology and education, generally refers to the period from birth to about age 8. This period is characterized by rapid physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. It’s a crucial time for building foundational skills and laying the groundwork for future learning and development.
